How to Hard Reset the Dslide 703R Tablet

A hard reset, also known as a factory reset, is a process that restores the device to its original settings and erases all the user data. There are two methods to hard reset the Dslide 703R tablet: using the settings menu or using the recovery mode.

Method 1: Using the Settings Menu

This method is recommended if you can access the settings menu of your device. Follow these steps:

• Tap on the Settings icon on the home screen or in the app drawer.

• Scroll down and tap on Backup & reset.

• Tap on Factory data reset.

• Tap on Reset tablet.

• If you have a screen lock, enter your password or PIN.

• Tap on Erase everything.

• Wait for the device to reboot and complete the reset process.

Method 2: Using the Recovery Mode

This method is useful if you cannot access the settings menu of your device, or if the device is frozen or unresponsive. Follow these steps:

• Turn off your device by pressing and holding the Power button for a few seconds.

• Press and hold the Volume Up and the Power buttons at the same time until you see the Danew logo on the screen.

• Release the buttons and wait for the recovery mode menu to appear.

• Use the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons to navigate through the menu options, and use the Power button to select an option.

• Select wipe data/factory reset.

• Select Yes -- delete all user data.

• Select reboot system now.

• Wait for the device to reboot and complete the reset process.
